First Choisir foal ever born

Imported winning mare Sequin (IRE) gave birth to a cracking Choisir colt on August 1, the first ever Choisir foal born (pictured below). Sequin (IRE) (by Green Desert) won in the UK as a 2yo and is a half sister to UK Group performed 3yo Cartography.

2yos off to an early start

The new season has barley started and Luskin Park has already had two runners in early 2yo black type races. Both Mimidae (trained by John O'Shea) and Pegasus Queen (trained by Bart Cummings) qualified for the Gimcrack Stakes. Pegasus Queen's run certainly caught the eye of a few experts. She stormed home to record the fastest final furlong of the race. Both fillies are now spelling until the autumn.

I'm Jester Gal wins by 6 lengths

Rory's Jester mare I'm Jester Gal recently recorded a commanding win at Gosford. Trained by Darren Smith, the 4yo has just completed a successful campaign that included a win & three placings from her 4 starts, including two city 2nds. I'm Jester Gal is a ½ sister to Group 1 winner Rustic Dream.
